About Ticket Wallet

The Ticket Wallet is a place where you can store all of your purchased tickets for the events you are going to from all the ticket providers. Simply search for the event in question (if it is not in our app, then please add it first), then select how many tickets you bought, where you bought them from and which ticket provider you used. You can also add some notes if you need to.

You can then upload images of the tickets and store them here for easy access, so that you have all of your tickets in one place.

When the tickets are in your ticket wallet, you will see on the event in the calendars that there is a banner notifying you that you have bought tickets for the event. A helpful reminder.

If you later need to sell your tickets, you can select “Sell Tickets”—this will put an alert on the event that there are tickets available for resale (in our ticket swap feature on each event). Potential buyers can then click on your tickets for sale to buy them. This will send you a text message, saying the buyer wants to buy your tickets and they will be able to WhatsApp you and connect directly.

You then do the deal with the buyer (outside the app) and then mark the tickets as bought. We do not charge for this feature.

If you use PayPal and don’t know the buyer we recommend you do not allow friends and family payments. Always report any users to us that are abusing this or any other feature on the app.
